工商憑證申請服務

經濟部工商憑證管理中心以經濟部所建置之全國商工登記系統之公司、商業資料為基礎，進行工商憑證管理中心之維運，並針對公司、商業及有限合夥簽發工商憑證，以其具有網路身分驗證及確保傳輸安全之特性，提供網路申辦之安全機制。目前已導入工商憑證機制之電子化政府或電子商務應用系統數已達180項。

工商憑證正卡IC卡紙本申請程序如下：

(1)憑證申辦人連線至本管理中心網站（https://moeaca.nat.gov.tw），閱讀用戶約定條款（Subscriber Agreement），如同意條款內容則填寫憑證申請書，並設定用戶代碼。

(2)完成費用繳納後列印憑證申請書，並於憑證申請書上蓋用事業主體之印鑑及代表該事業主體負責人之印鑑，印鑑必須與該事業主體登記設立所使用的印鑑章相符。

(3)憑證申辦人將憑證申請書，送交該事業主體登記設立主管機關所設的憑證註冊窗口辦理。

Certificate Authority of MOEA

MOEACA (Ministry of Economic Affairs Certificate Authority) issues certificates to facilitate online identification and transaction security for registered businesses in Taiwan. More than 180 G2B/B2B online services have adopted MOEACA as their authentication mechanism.

The procedure to apply for a primary IC card is as follows:

(1) Go to the MOEACA website （https://moeaca.nat.gov.tw） and read the Terms of Service. After agreeing to the Terms of Service, Fill out the application form and assign your user code.

(2) Pay the application fee and then print the application form. Affix the seals of the business entity and its responsible person on the printed application form. Make sure the affixed seal is identical to the seal used for the registration and establishment of the business entity.

(3) Submit the application form to the certificate registration counter of the business entity registration competent authority.
